Land Information Memorandum (LIM)
A LIM provides information such as existing building and resource consents, District Plan zoning status, presence of flood zones or other hazards, and other information that you will find useful when looking at purchasing a property.
LIMs will generally take up to 10 working days from receipt of payment, and cost $168.00 including GST. If you require an urgent LIM (within 2 working days), the fee is $255 including GST. Information will be extracted from Council's existing records, no site inspection will be conducted.
