Resource Consents

	Land Use Consent Do you want to start up a new business, or build something that doesn't comply with what's been provided for in the District Plan, or perhaps establish accommodation for visitors?  You'll need a Land Use Consent.
	LAND USE CONSENT: ACCOMMODATION UP TO 4 PEOPLE A simpler land use consent is available for those who wish to provide visitor accommodation for no more than four guests.
	Subdivision and Land Use Consent Subdividing your property?  You'll need a Subdivision Consent.  The application form also provides for situations where a Land Use consent may also be required as part of your subdivision.
	Signs Permits You'll need a sign permit for any sign on or near your property or place of business.
