Welcome to the Kaikoura District Council and the local government website for the Kaikoura District of New Zealand. Kaikoura is a Green Globe Certified Community: we are committed to sustaining our environment by managing and improving our impact and were one of the first Councils to adopt a Zero Waste Policy.
