Situated at Peketa, approximately 8km south of Kaikoura township on State Highway 1, the Airport is a simple but modern facility. Home to Wings over Whales, the Kaikoura Aero Club, and more recently to Sounds Air and Skydive Kaikoura, the airport provides a convenient stopover for all recreational flyers.
