This full-time position is crucial for ensuring efficient administrative operations and collaborating with all departments within the Council. You will need to be a highly organised individual with effective communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who ideally has:
- A professional approach to Customer Service and a desire to be an active member of a team.
- Proven experience in office administration and managing workload.
- Effective computer skills and confidence in using Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to learn programmes and systems quickly.
- Good interpersonal skills and fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Competence to work effectively and productively with others.
