Reminder! Plan Change 6 Ocean Ridge Development Consultation is Open!

Kaikōura District Council gives notice that it is publicly notifying Proposed Plan Change 6 (PC6) and inviting people to make submissions.

This consultation opened today, 20th November and closes at 5pm December 19th 2025.So, what is proposed?

• Cargill Station Ltd has prepared a private plan change request to Kaikōura District Council

• There are some key changes proposed including an increase in the number of dwellings enabled from 336 to 486
