Located on Scarborough Street, Kaikōura's Cemetery is in a peaceful setting, overlooking the township.

Lawn Cemetery

Lawn plot/reservation fee $500
Preparation of plot $1000
Children U15 60%

RSA Cemetery

Lawn preparation fee $1000
Ashes preparation fee $150
Plot/reservation fee Free

Note:

  • All costs for all plots are inclusive of GST.
  • Preparation of plot for the lawn cemetery includes extra depth.
  • Fees for children under 15 years old are 60% of the adult fee.
  • Increased charges will occur for burials that take place on Sunday's or public holiday's.
