Mayoral Relief Fund:

A Mayoral Relief Fund has been set up to collect any donations to assist those directly affected by the recent October fire and wind events.

These funds will be administered by the Mayor and held in a separate Council bank account. Please send all donations to 02-0856-0011698-008, Kaikōura District Council.

One hundred percent of these funds will be used for people financially impacted by the events.

Any support is greatly appreciated.

We are also incredibly grateful for recent support announced from the Honourable Mark Mitchell Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery to help towards those impacted.
